These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Brides Venues platform — including bridesvenues.com, our mobile experiences, our concierge services, and any related applications. By creating an account, sending an inquiry, listing a venue, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Brides Venues (“Brides Venues”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a wedding concierge based in Bali, Indonesia. We operate a curated service that introduces couples to luxury wedding venues and vendor partners and supports them through planning. We are not the venue itself, the celebrant, the caterer, or any other vendor: each venue and vendor contracts with you directly and is responsible for the services it provides. Our role is to introduce, coordinate, and offer concierge support.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence to use the platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, and to update it as it changes. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.
We operate four account roles: Couple, Venue Host, Vendor Partner, and Administrator. Additional terms apply to Hosts (see Host Agreement) and Vendors (see Vendor Agreement).
Brides Venues is an intermediary. We curate a collection of venues and vendors that we believe meet a high editorial standard, but we do not control the day-to-day operation of any third party. Each venue and vendor enters into its own service agreement with you, and the venue or vendor — not Brides Venues — is responsible for delivery of those services.
We may, at our discretion, hold a refundable deposit on behalf of you and the venue; provide a concierge service that negotiates, coordinates, or escalates on your behalf; or remove a listing for reasons including inactivity, breach of policy, or quality concerns.
Submitting an inquiry through the platform creates a non-binding request for a date, venue, and (optionally) vendor services. It does not reserve the venue and does not oblige either party to proceed.
A booking becomes binding only when the venue confirms availability in writing and the required deposit is paid. The deposit amount, the payment schedule, and the balance due date are set by the venue’s own terms & conditions for your booking — Brides Venues does not impose a fixed deposit or payment schedule of its own. Those terms are provided to you before you commit.
Cancellations, postponements, and refunds are governed by the venue’s own terms & conditions. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how this works in practice and how we help you apply the venue’s terms; it forms part of these Terms by reference.
The platform is free to use for couples. Brides Venues earns revenue from:
We do not charge couples a commission on the total wedding spend. If we ever introduce a service that does, you will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance and given the option to opt out.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches this section without prior notice.
The Brides Venues name, logo, editorial copy, photography commissioned by us, and the design of the platform are the property of Brides Venues and protected by intellectual property law. Listings, vendor portfolios, and uploaded content remain the property of the user who submitted them, but you grant Brides Venues a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, format, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing channels controlled by us.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the personal data we process, the basis on which we process it, the rights you have, and the safeguards we apply. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022).
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brides Venues disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses; that any defect will be corrected; or that any information obtained through the platform is accurate, complete, or reliable. Bookings, photographs, and venue descriptions are maintained by the respective venues and vendors and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brides Venues, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (i) the marketplace fees Brides Venues actually collected from your bookings in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) one thousand United States dollars (USD 1,000).
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including, in the EEA and UK, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brides Venues and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the platform in breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) content you upload or transmit through the platform.
You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we cease to operate the platform.
Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that accrued before the date of termination, and any clause that by its nature is intended to survive (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia.
Nothing above removes any right you may have, as a consumer, to bring proceedings in your own country of residence or to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you there.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at /terms and the “Last updated” date is shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
