The group behind us

The same Bali team runs two sister companies your wedding may need: private villas for your guests through The Luxury Bali, and yacht charters for the days around the wedding through YH Charter. One concierge can arrange all three.

Where our prices come from

Every listing is built from the venue's own wedding packages and photographs. Where a venue prices by guest count, you see the price for your number; tax, service and the venue's own fees are shown where the venue states them. Your proposal confirms the full total before you commit to anything.

What happens when you enquire

   You send one enquiry

   Your date, your guest count and the venues you like — on the site or on WhatsApp. Your concierge replies within one working day.

2. 2

   We ask the venues

   We check your date and the figures for your guest count with each venue. Venues usually answer in one to three working days.

3. 3

   One proposal to compare

   Each venue's real price in its own currency, what it includes, and a thread for your questions. Nothing is booked or charged until you choose.

4. 4

   Then, the whole way

   Deposit, suppliers, guests and the run sheet stay with the same concierge — through to the day.
