- Guest capacity & camp buy-out
- Celebrations for up to 20 guests are hosted across the camp's decks and lawns; events for more than 20 guests are arranged as an exclusive camp buy-out with a bespoke quotation.
- Reception dining
- In-house dining only (no outside catering). A set-menu dinner is required for wedding groups of five or more: a 3-course dinner from IDR 750,000 per person, or a Regional Delicacies sharing menu from IDR 900,000 per person at Mads Lange Restaurant.
- Beverages & corkage
- Beverage packages from IDR 252,000 per person for the first hour. Corkage for beverages brought in is USD 35 per bottle of wine or champagne and USD 40 per bottle of spirits.
- Music & curfew
- Entertainment must observe the camp's sound-level limits until 10:00 PM, and the event curfew is 11:00 PM.
- Legal wedding & civil register
- Legal wedding arrangement and civil registration assistance is available from IDR 35,000,000, excluding consular fees; arrangements and pricing vary by religion and nationality.
- Deposit & payment
- 20% of the total is due on confirmation, a 50% deposit is due 90 days before the event, and the balance 45 days before. All prices are subject to 21% government tax and service charge.
- Season
- The rainy season runs October to March; a wet-weather plan is compulsory and any additional marquee cost is borne by the couple.
- What is quoted separately
- This venue's fee covers the property and its spaces. Catering, bar, floral styling, lighting, sound, furniture hire and on-the-day coordination are quoted separately — your Brides Venues planner arranges them and confirms every cost with you before anything is booked.
