Grand Cliff Ungasan is a three-storey, five-bedroom villa on the cliff edge within Karma Kandara, the gated clifftop resort at Ungasan on Bali's Bukit Peninsula. You arrive on its middle floor, where a glass-fronted, air-conditioned living and dining room with its own bar opens onto a 20-by-8-metre infinity pool that runs to the edge of the cliff, the Indian Ocean and its reef below. Further down, a timber deck holds an ocean-view jacuzzi, sun loungers and a large gazebo, both perched on the cliff edge. The stone pool deck is wired for sound and carries outdoor tables for twelve and for eight, and the villa's own photographs show long floral tables laid there for dinner; indoors, the dining table seats twelve. A home cinema with four recliners, a billiard table in the upper-floor atrium and five en-suite bedrooms — two master suites with king beds, two queen guest suites (one steps straight into the jacuzzi) and a twin room — sleep ten adults and two children. Karma Kandara's white-sand beach club, beachside and clifftop restaurants, spa and kids' club are on the resort's grounds, and a villa manager, butler, cook, housekeeping and 24-hour security look after the house. This is a villa for an intimate wedding: it publishes no event capacity of its own, so a celebration larger than its twelve house guests is confirmed with Elite Havens and the resort before anything is booked. Stays are from USD 2,253 a night in standard periods, two nights minimum, all-inclusive as the villa quotes them; catering, styling and everything brought in for the day are quoted separately.

- Weddings at the villa
- Grand Cliff Ungasan publishes no event capacity of its own. A celebration larger than the villa's twelve house guests, or one with an outside sound system, counts as an event under Elite Havens' rules and is confirmed with Elite Havens and the Karma Kandara resort before anything is booked.
- Minimum stay
- 2 nights in standard periods, 4 in high periods, 5 from 26 December to 5 January. An event books the whole villa for the minimum nights.
- Music
- Live bands and DJs until 11 pm and recorded music until midnight, under Elite Havens' general rules; the resort may set its own.
- Planning the event
- Elite Havens asks for an approved event organiser, an event plan four weeks before the day, a cash damage deposit and an event generator (no power is drawn from the villa); a second gathering runs between 10 am and 6 pm without external sound.
- Fees beyond the villa
- An event fee and a local banjar (community) fee apply to an event; both are itemised in your quote.
- Not permitted
- Fireworks, paper or Thai wishing lanterns, balloon releases and confetti bombs; ticketed events.
- What is quoted separately
