Jivana Beach Estate runs along the white sand of Natai Beach in Phang Nga, north of Phuket, as three villas standing on individual plots of between 6,400 and 9,500 square metres of private beachfront. Nineteen bedrooms across the estate sleep thirty-six guests plus four children, which is a working scale for a family that arrives together and stays. Celebrations take as many as 150 people. The estate rate lists daily breakfast, Wi-Fi, a welcome fruit bowl and the resident house team, a full-time villa manager, housekeeper, cook, security and attendants, and it covers the stay rather than the event. The event carries its own fee, set in two bands, one for up to sixty guests and a higher one above that. Rates are seasonal and begin from USD 17,409, stepping up through shoulder and high season to the peak dates. A curfew applies, a security deposit is held on a scale that rises past one hundred and twenty guests, and a community fee is payable. Wedding catering, styling and production are quoted separately. What the estate supplies is frontage: three houses in a row on the sand at Natai.
