The house is laid out on Feng Shui principles and faces the Indian Ocean; its seven en-suite king bedrooms each look onto either a pool or the sea, and sleep up to fourteen. The grounds gather three swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a spa, a sauna, a gym, a cinema and a karaoke room, all of them covered by exclusive use of the estate. Weddings run to seventy seated or one hundred standing across the indoor and outdoor spaces, which places Villa Bie firmly at the intimate end of the cliff: a house party with a ceremony inside it rather than a function with a house attached. The celebration is quoted from USD 24,414 for up to one hundred guests. The villa rate lists the resident team, a full-time manager, a chef and a housekeeper, along with Wi-Fi, a welcome drink and fruit basket and turndown, while a minimum stay, additional fees and a security deposit apply on top.
