What Villa Marie has in place of a coastline is a garden. The rooms open onto planted grounds rather than sand, and the greenery does the work that a sea view does elsewhere, closing the property in on itself instead of pointing it at a horizon. The villa and its gardens are taken privately for a single wedding, lawn and planting arranged around one event. A ceremony can be set among the beds with foliage framing it, and the lawn takes the reception afterwards. Villa Marie also holds a covered space for tropical weather, which is the distinguishing fact about it: a garden of this kind otherwise leaves sixty people with no roof, and here the shelter is part of the property. The villa also holds a bridal preparation suite for the morning. Sixty guests is the maximum and exclusive private use is from IDR 25,960,000. Food, flowers, furniture and the people who run the day are priced separately.
