- Service charge & government tax
- All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 11% government tax (shown as ++).
- Final guest numbers
- Final numbers, including dietary requirements, are due 30 days prior to the wedding. Reductions after that are charged in full; up to 5% spare food is provided.
- Amplified-sound curfew
- Outdoor amplified music ends at 10:00 PM per local ordinance (Tresna, SKY, Kisik, the gardens). The AYANA & RIMBA Ballroom extends to 1:00 AM.
- In-house food & beverage
- All catering is provided in-house; external food and beverage may not be brought in (up to 3 external live-station stalls by prior arrangement, with corkage).
- Fireworks & effects
- Fireworks require advance approval and permits. Wishing lanterns, balloon releases, confetti, bubble and smoke machines are not permitted.
- Booking & settlement
- Full settlement is due 60 days prior to the wedding. Blackout dates: Nyepi (±1 day) and 24 December – 2 January. High-season and auspicious-date surcharges apply.
