Château de Villette stands in the countryside outside Paris, a 17th-century château often called a 'little Versailles' for its formal gardens and grand architecture. It is rented as a whole for your celebration, for up to 200 guests at an event. A seated dinner inside the château is comfortable for up to 85 guests, and the Glasshouse seats up to 200 when it is added. Rentals run from a single day without accommodation to three days and two nights, when the six double suites of the Main Château sleep up to 12 guests and further rooms in the Wing and the Chemistry building bring the house to 29. Outdoor music runs until 11pm and the afterparty until midnight. The salons, the Glasshouse and extra rooms are arranged on request, and every rental includes two technical site inspections for your suppliers.

- Security deposit
- EUR 40,000 on the rentals with accommodation, fully refundable if no damages. From EUR 20,000 on the one-day rental for up to 100 guests, from EUR 25,000 for up to 200 guests, from EUR 15,000 for an elopement and from EUR 5,000 for a shoot.
- Mandatory event extras
- Power hub access (wiring not included) and toilet attendant service are mandatory for every event, at an extra charge.
- Music and afterparty
- Outdoor music ends at 11pm and the afterparty at midnight. Later is available at EUR 5,750 per hour.
- Suites and salons
- Event access excludes the suites and the salons (Music Salon, Dining Salons and Bibliothèque); they can be opened on request at an extra charge. On the rentals with accommodation, the six double suites of the Main Château are included for up to 12 guests. Extra bedrooms or a suite for getting ready are available at an extra charge.
- Glasshouse
- A seated dinner inside the château is comfortable for up to 85 guests. The Glasshouse seats up to 200 and is not included; it is available at an extra charge.
- Guests above 200
- Events for more than 200 guests are possible at an extra charge and with a higher security deposit.
- Extra accommodation
- Beyond the six suites included, five rooms in the Wing, three lofts in the Chemistry building and one single suite in the Main Château are available at an extra charge, for up to 29 guests in total.
- Extras on request
- Extra hours, extra time and any specific services are available at an extra charge. Two technical site inspections for your suppliers are included; more are at an extra charge.
- Kitchen access
- Kitchen access for a catering company or a private chef is at an extra charge, on request.
- Smoking
- Not allowed inside under any circumstances (a penalty from EUR 10,000 applies) or anywhere on the grounds outside authorised areas. Smoke machines are not allowed at the afterparty.
