The Shanti Residence stands on a hilltop at Nusa Dua with the Indian Ocean in view below rather than at the door. Seven bedrooms, gardens terraced down the slope, an infinity pool facing the water and a living pavilion large enough to hold a room of people make up the property, and it is taken as a whole rather than in parts. Up to one hundred guests can be received standing, fifty seated. The elevation gives a wedding two distinct grounds: the deck above the pool, where a ceremony faces the sea, and the terraced gardens below it, which take dinner by candlelight once the light has gone off the water. Moving between them is the only travel the day requires, and the house keeps the whole celebration in one address. The wedding package is IDR 130,000,000 for 2027–2028, inclusive of government tax and service, for up to one hundred guests. Catering, styling, furniture, lighting and sound are costed separately. The appeal is the height: the Nusa Dua coast seen from above, gardens falling away toward it, and a seven-bedroom house standing over the lot.

- 2027–2028 rate. IDR 130,000,000 is inclusive of government tax & service charge. A surcharge applies during high and peak season. Event curfew until 10 PM; all events are powered by an external generator arranged by the organiser.
- Vendors & catering
- Outside catering is welcome and must follow the villa's operating guidelines and schedule. You may appoint your own vendors — décor, entertainment (DJ or sound system), production, photography and an event organiser. Your own alcohol is allowed, subject to the villa's policy.
- Permits & house rules
- Fireworks, fire dancers and other pyrotechnics need prior approval and permits. Pets are allowed only with prior approval, depending on the property. Parking on site is limited; larger events may need extra parking arrangements.
- What is quoted separately
- This venue's fee covers the property and its spaces. Catering, bar, floral styling, lighting, sound, furniture hire and on-the-day coordination are quoted separately — your Brides Venues planner arranges them and confirms every cost with you before anything is booked.
