Villa Saan is a contemporary house on the Cape Amarin headland at Kamala, the stretch of Phuket coast known as Millionaires' Mile, arranged across four levels with the Andaman Sea in front of it. Eight bedrooms sit behind a cathedral-like entrance, alongside a private cinema, a games room and a gym. A 19-metre infinity-edge pool with a jacuzzi holds the centre of the plan, and the ocean-view master suite opens to a plunge pool and sun terrace of its own. Entertaining areas indoors and out carry a ceremony and a reception for 40 seated or 60 standing, and the six-bedroom Villa Samira alongside brings the estate to fourteen bedrooms in all. There is no published rate for this part of Thailand's west coast: the villa is composed for each date instead. The hire covers the house, the pool, the entertaining areas and the bedrooms on all four levels. A chef, a planner, styling, sound and staff are engaged apart from the villa and billed as such.
