Six bedrooms sleep twelve, two master suites and four guest rooms among them, and an upstairs function room takes whatever cannot sit outdoors. Thirty guests is the ceiling here, so the day tends to be a ceremony on the lawn and one long table afterwards: an address in the town itself, in Ubud rather than on the edge of it. - Hosting a wedding or event adds a fee equivalent to one extra night at the season's villa rate, on top of the accommodation booking.
- Community (banjar) fee
- A community banjar fee of IDR 4,500,000 applies to any gathering of 25 or more guests.
- Minimum stay
- Minimum stay is 2 nights in low and shoulder season, 3 nights in high season, and 5 nights in peak festive season.
- Music & curfew
- As a residential address, live bands and DJs are not permitted; music plays through an external sound system with a 9 PM curfew (in-house music until 11 PM). Fireworks and sky lanterns are not allowed.
- Staging & weather
- Staging over the pool is permitted with a site plan submitted 45 days in advance; a marquee is compulsory on rainy days.
- What is quoted separately
