- Rate basis
- All packages are net, inclusive of 21% tax & service, and valid for bookings made through 31 December 2026. Additional guests beyond the pre-agreed numbers are chargeable at IDR 2,200,000 net per person.
- Deposit & payment
- A non-refundable first deposit of 50% of the confirmed package is required to hold the date (within 48 hours of confirmation). Balance is due 30 days (1 month) before the event.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation charges: less than 180 days before the event — 50% of the estimated total (or the non-refundable deposit); less than 120 days — 75%; less than 90 days — 100% of the estimated total.
- What is quoted separately
- This venue's fee covers the property and its spaces. Catering, bar, floral styling, lighting, sound, furniture hire and on-the-day coordination are quoted separately — your Brides Venues planner arranges them and confirms every cost with you before anything is booked.
